Withdrawing PF Amount

I have started my own consultancy firm after quitting job 04 months back. I do not want to join any company and countinue expand my own consultancy firm to now Western, Central and southern India. My firm has presence in Northern and Eastern India in last 04 months.

I need money and want to know if I can withdraw all money from my PF amount and what is the procedure to be followed. Please guide me. Thanks. more

To be applied in schedule format to be sign both employer and you along with ur bank passbook zerox. And cancell cheque along with some ur annual statement of pf accounts of PF, submit it to. PF office amt will deposit in ur account u will getmessage on ur mobile more

Contact your last organisations HR department officer whom looking after the PF related work. You fill up require documents and submit to him for further process. PF amount to be deposit in your bank account wiyh in 2 to 3 months. more  
Yes, you can withdraw your PF amount & if you are not going to do service, you must do so, as after 3 months of non-contribution period, EPFO will not pay any interest on your your entire deposit. For withdrawal, you will have to fill up the form & submit to the employer. Alternatively, fill up the form, get your signature attested/verified by Notary & submit directly to the concerned PF office. Hopefully. you will get the entire amount in your bank account within 1 month. If you are below 50 years, you will also get the contribution of EPS along with EPF. G P Singh more
