Women taking undue advantage of a biased anti rape law
The anti rape law is totally biased against men, and now women are taking undue advantage of it. Imagine women making complaints that they were raped for 6 months; what kind of a rape is this? Let us just consider Padma Lakshmi's statement that her boyfriend raped her when she was sixteen. How did this happen! In her own statement she says that she was full drunk in her boyfriend's room and she did not know when she went off to sleep. Obviously she would also not remember how much she must have provoked him or how much she must have led him to the situation of sex. And now she claims that she was raped. Set the technicalities of law aside. When any woman goes to a man's room, gets drunk and provokes him sexually and sleeps on his bed, it is nothing short of an invitation to sex, and the law talks of consent. Is this not a consent? Or do they expect a consent on a judicial stamp paper!
And what happened to the Roorkee sisters who falsely framed three young boys of molestation and beat them up in public. Fools, even the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand fell for it and announced rewards to those criminal girls for their so called 'bravery'. Both the lower and higher courts acquitted the boys. But their future is ruined. The law makers who framed the rules regarding sexual offences did not seem to have used their brains. The Government owes an explanation to the people, and review the entire law on rape and related subjects. I sincerely hope that the tamasha the 'me too' women are creating should stop. If there is a genuine incident it should be reported within 6 months of it... not a day more... Law makers! Are you listening??? more

I have already stated about girls and women in the lower strata of the job set up and their vulnerable position to maintain a financial stability and retain their work which often make them succumb to pressure of male seniors and their bosses. They do not complain and nowhere their voices are being heard. If they ever raise their voice then it is because they are tired and finally desperate. Rape in itself is a heinous offence and the law once proved must deliver severe punishment to the rapist. Investigation and thorough probe in such incidences decide the role of the claimed victim and the victimizer. What is needed is for the law of the land to deliver speedy service to who ever is the victim, it can be the woman or the accused that is the man Please let the judiciary do its job We in the meantime must teach our children to respect both the genders, male and female to facilitate gender equality in the patriarchal society of our country Dr S.Sanyal more

I am a supporter of Anti-Rape movement as it is true that in male dominated society and cultures, women are at disadvantage and true Rape does occur and silenced. Like any issue the opposite is true. Pendulum swings in a reactionary way. Thank you for bringing the injustice done to many good young men for just acting their sexual inclination at the force of their testosterone, and sheer provocation and cunning tricks of female companion. I thank you for bringing the True picture and advice not to be blinded by "politically correct fad of supporting weaker sex ( sometimes dishonest ,with other motives)at the cost of strong but honest male. We should weigh each case and situation in judicial fashion before going with the flow of these fad movements of the time. more

It is definitely Rubbish when they claim that they were sexually exploited fro days ,months and years. How can it be molestation or a rape. No woman can be raped unless she is physically incapscated or threatened for her life. Un less she consents no woman can be raped unless she is made physically movement less. more

Lawyers, Leaders of Society and Politics know that no Indian Woman keep quiet when her Female Modesty and Female Sanctity is under challenge or incite. There are Suicides of Male/Female, Killings and even Murders of 3rd party involved/indulged in Sexual Decency/Sanctity as is evident from Police and Media records. Individual Economic Democracy is such dangerous that every law since decades together getting challenged and converted one sided even going against the preamble guarantees and reasonable restrictions of our Constitution AND THUS , THE ISSUE OF SOCIETY AND SOCIALIST CONCEPT OF THE CONSTITUTION WAS DE-RAILED/DETACHED. This is now to be rectified at public interest as well as National interest and integrity. more
