Women taking undue advantage of a biased anti rape law
I agree with Prabhakar. All the sudden, it appears as if flood gates for us incidents have opened.
I will say there may me some genuine cases, but it is very difficult to understand the logic, why it took so many years to come out in public. There can be truth, but all of the sudden so many ladies have spoken up on this issue.
In case, incidents reported are true person should face the law of the land in this regard. Gulty should not go unpunished. If it found incorrect, the complainant should be get a very severe punishment, as such allegations affects the life (from all angles) of the accused person. Sometimes in frustration a person loose his balance of mind, destroys his family or might take a very drastic step by taking his life. more

I fully agree with Mr Prabhakar. Let the drive be in right direction not to be hyped. The existing Law can be reviewed by the competent authorities for a better definition and justifiable approach. .Let it shouldn't be misutilized. more
