Work towards development in delhi
Newly elected government of delhi should work towards below mention areas:
1. Introduction of Delhi Lokayuta (new version)
2. Introduction of swaraj bill which given RWA's and resident association equal representation towards development of there specific area. No need to approach nigam parshad any more.
3. enhance auditing of accounts of electricity discoms.
4. work towards delhi board pipe line where they are not laid.
5. We should approach towards use of waste to build roads. This is a technique one engineer/scientist has developed in kerala and has been used in indore as well by shivraj govt. We have seen interview of that engineer in satyamev jayate.
6. We should encourage all the shopkeepers to register them with delhi govt whether they have small or big area. Encourage them to pay minimum 1000/- per year as to compensate the taxes. The amount collected can be used towards wellness of people of delhi.
7. Delhi Govt should not allow to any more colonies in delhi to emerge as they lack basic eminities. Rather they should propose scheme from farmers who wanted to sell there land for residential purposes. The scheme should hold some amount of benefit towards the farmer.
Govt then should develop that area and then sell out in market as DDA will do.
8. Chit chat with central govt to handover DDA, DP to delhi leaving NDMC area. Police and DDA in NDMC area should be seperate.
9. There are many companies that can agree to collect waste door to door in delhi. We should offer them to collect waste and in lieu they can provide us money. We can encourage private company to establish power generation unit by waste. Waste is provided free of cost to that companies. Land is also on lease.
10. We should introduce open market for discom while maintainence part should be handled by DESU/DVB itself. There are many electricity suppliers in ENGLAND and people can opt from any supplier. there is no boundaries for any company.
11. Introduction of smart health card for delhities. Any person having AADHAR Card of delhi is eligibile to opt for health insurance for single or family. This should be optional.
While improving status n culture of govt hospitals in delhi. we can introduce a health scheme for delhi people with cash less facility. minimum payments as 300 per month for single person and 500 per month for family.
This card should have unique features:
a) Cash less facility in any hospitals in Delhi only.
b) They can avail free of cost medicines from that hospitals itself. (as all hospitals agreed to support EWS while applying to open hospital so they have provided land on minimum cost or free of cost). more

MAKE IN INDIA IS GOOD; BUT WHAT IS TO BE MADE AND WHO WILL MAKE THEM IS IMPORTANT The new slogan given by Prime minister “make in India” is an attractive slogan and is sure to give a new incentive. But it will be useful only if we consider some 0f the following points,- 1. Making consumables in India is a positive idea. Making has emphasis on manufacturing sector. For that sector to sustain there has to be production of raw materials to match the scale of manufacture and its annual growth rate. It must also be ensured that manufacture do not deplete access of essentials to less privileged or mar their earning opportunity (ordained in the article 39 of constitution). 2. Production sector includes agriculture, fisheries, animal Husbandry, mining etc. If production in India decreases, it will affect manufacture and force a strategy to procure inputs from elsewhere. Import has to be cost effective and must not upset our fiscal balance. For ensuring local production primary inputs like land, water and energy has to be available and be used in a manner that does not deplete, waste or pollute the primary the source. 3. Materials to be made (in India), must primarily consider the local need. Possibility of export if considered shall be competitive & fiscally advantageous. (ie futuristic plan based on study of market trend, market pull; a reliable support service with a standby strategy to meet any eventuality must be in place.) 4. A stress on manufacture must include verifiable job opportunity (as at present salaried employment in private sector is at 1% or less) and non-polluting (28% and 19% total child deaths are from air and water pollution respectively). Industrial hot spots must not open flood gates for emigration and slum life. 5. Strategy for establishing manufacturing units must also consider the proximity to sources of raw materials, needing minimal transport, use of minimum energy and least air & water pollution. For example one may choose to establish a thermal power plant near a coal mine to minimize need for transport of huge quantities of coal. Instead one can generate and distribute power limiting pollution and energy use. Manufacture of materials can be established as near to the end user as possible. Export oriented manufacture could be established near to a port to reduce transport. Acquiring land for roads, air ports and factories must totally avoid wetland, agriculture land or forests. Pressure on roads can be reduced if transport through water is preferred, this will reduce road accidents which happen at the rate of one per 4 minutes. more

Should there be some women ministers in Delhi Cabinet ? Because women safety and social welfare are critical to the progress of Delhi, should there be some women ministers in the cabinet of Delhi ? In Modi Ji's cabinet, there were some women faces like Sushma Swaraj, Uma Bharti, Smriti Irani, among others. If AAP inducts some women ministers (at least 1-2), then will it not reflect that AAP is not gender biased and gives equal opportunities to everyone ? Food for thought. more

Jaspreet, you have raised am important concern. It should be handled quickly and in the best way possible but apart from this I think there is need to bring openness in our society and the best medium is good education should be provided to future generations so that they wont have this kind of insane mentality towards women. I think it would a great step towards cleaning our society. more
