actual first initial organization date of joining is 23 April 1993, Business which was taken over by next company(demerger of Business), next company again taken over by another company (acquired) on 11 August 2011, which is now reflecting on EPF portal as date of joining 11 Aug 2011, whereas correct date of joining should remain original 23 April 1993 in DOJ EPF and DOJ EPS as well as DOJ FPS
in all cases, continuity of employment letter are issued by all company. can anyone suggest how to get changes reflecting in EPFO portal. Jagdish Vyas-8928368494 more

In case you desire proper advice. Step 1 State the facts viz (i) Name of Company - Regd Office address, (ii) your address of employment, (iii) whether the Co is covered under an EPF trust or otherwise. (iv) date of joining (v) date of birth iv) to which Regional /Sub-regional office was the EPF/EPS deducted /remitted while in the employment of the respective Co's (v)does PF no of employer & your No appears on the wage/salary slip Step II (i) the date of joining/transfer (ii) facts as in Step 1, (iii) have you filled Form 13 on transfer Step III (i) have you received PF contribution slips of your earlier and present Co if not the reason/s therof (ii) if in receipt of the same did you bring to the notice / follow up of/with the PF office concerned the lapses if any, (iii) if you grievance was not redressed did you visit the PF RO/SRO or the Adalats and seek redressal of your grievance Step IV (i) what is the present status of your service a)in service b) not in service -(i) since (ii) reasons thereof Step V any other relevant information which in your opinion would be of importance to redress your grievance Godfrey J I Gonsalves Borda Margao Goa gonsalvesgodfreyji@yahoo.co.in, 91 982215858 more

I think after any PF transfer, DOJ EPF and DOJ EPS in the statement will be as per the new account. But they will have all details of previous records, so that the earlier service is considered for pension calculation etc more
