Would the Govt off in circles identify themselves
It cant be a mere coincidence that 3 of the requests raised by member of these circles is accepted in matter of 3-4 days. Quarterly return filing and Allowing sale of old stock till dec 31 really help us stockists.
Humble request to finance commerce consumer ministry to come forward and identify themselves so in future we know who to approach for what issue?

True , we have to accept this even in such Government' s attention on our conclusions . more

Regarding concern of economical slow down particularly regarding GST implementation and its teething issues Govt should ask SMEs to avail loans from the public sector banks equivalent to the GST refund amount on their statutory auditors certification to ensure that the grown is not impaired by GST issues. more

GoI could have asked for having a registered trade mark, and not rejected the application out right. This is non application of mind by the bureaucracy. I can understand the objective of a trade mark - just an identification of a particular company which is in its own interest. Trade mark also helps in getting your innovations a copy right.
So, what I suggest is that you ask the Department to keep your application pending while you obtain a trade mark. In fact you should have seen the terms and conditions before applying for registration of your enterprise as Private Ltd that you had applied for. Private Ltd company is not a proprietorship, for which there is a separate Act - not the Companies Act. more

I have been practicing IT, ERP/CRM & Data Processing in the name of 'Data Organisation Systems' a proprietorship firm for last 34 years. From 1 April 2016 I began to learn technologies .i.e. Big Data, Hadoop, Spark & Data Science methodologies and focussed my attention on Internet of Things network. I was declared a cynical by my family & the society I live in. I patiently walked ahead, knowing the adaption of disruptive technologies takes its own time. On 8th November, 2016, Demonetisation of Rs 500 & 1000 was declared by PM Narendra Modi in India. Yet another disruption in public life and businesses all over the country. But this time everyone is talking about Technologies like ATMs, Smart Phones, Mobile Payments apps (BHIM, PayTm,etc), Banking, retail Banking, Bank Mitra BC another CSC (VLE Services) by Digital India movement. Government announced it's Budget (General + Railways) giving more attention to Rural, agriculture & healthcare. Ok looks fine on paper but to my dismay I remain Jobless/Unemployed though

I applied to incorporate my one person company (OPC) Private Limited again 'Data Organisation Systems' and have paid 12000 + INR to get this name approved, DIN, CIN, TAN, PAN, DSC etc. Now final word came from the government of India (without Trademark registration company name whatsoever is not possible).
