wrong charges by OLA
I am using ola service since last several times and they have adopted away of cheating coustomer on name of tolls and parking charges, i have taken book ola for my mother from vivek viahr to Vasundhara Enclave delhi and shocked to see the toll charges deducted fro my ola money account when complained they say there is a toll from Delhi to NOIDA when confronted that it is from NOIDA to DElhi only they refunded the amount again booked ola from Domestic airport to Vasundhra enclave , this time they deducted 150 on name of tolls , when confronted one executive says it is parking charges while the drive has dropped one passenger in front of mine and picked me up and there was no parking , other executive told it is airport charges and when confronted that just 15 minutes back i got ola dropped me at airport and there was no charges then how in 15 minutes charges levied they have no reply . Is there any authorities looking into this and taking action on OLA such activities more

Ola rides was getting cancelled innumerable time or it says no such rides availale where in we can see so many autos. Or after we get the confirmation the driver will ask to cancel the ride. If you are in share the cab driver will pick up the nest person whcoih is away from the person riding place and then come all the way to drop the person who is already in the car? cannot understand this logic? If at all you have paid thru ola money or credit card they will not accept your booking they will accept if you pay by cash.!! more

Fast Track are cheats. They always charge Rs150 extra on grounds that they don't get return pax.When he came to pick me up on 24 April, he was late and when Queried said he had a pax drop.And they always take 150 extra from the previous as well as present paxes. Nice loot. They don't respond to emails.All taxies plying she be asked to charge one rate, say Rs12 per km and nothing more.Autos to charge less. There must be a system whereby we can claim/get compensation from taxi cos/drivers for being late,misbehaviour,refusal, etc. more

Ola also takes per minute ride charges besides per km charges and their drivers either drive slowly to increase ride minutes or take a longer routes to take hugher charges on increased distance and ride minutes.

Airport parking charges, toll etc. are normal methods of fleecing. Their Software is designed in such a way that once a taxi enters airport area, parking is billed even if it drops a passenger & picks you up. This happened with me also but they will keep on arguing endlessly & not refund false billing charges. more
