people need to know who is responsible for what , what are the defined governing parameters for CM and PM . Can you expect defence , International affairs etc, matters to be handled by CM. Many people are confused or deliberately falsify about work portfolios handled by CM and PM more

I fully agree with the views expressed by Mr. Harpal Singh. Water scarcity in Delhi is an old issue which is allowed to linger on. It was easy to promise free electricity, water, transport etc without doing anything constructive to tackle the shortage and caring for after effects of the promises made on the society at large. Blaming the Centre & LG for its own ills/short comings, one may get some prominence but that practice may not be productive after a short time. One can fool some people for some time but, can’t fool all the people for all the time more

Its all because of Delhi Jal Board. Water Supply of water is reduced from them as compare to demand. more

India Capital Delhi elected govt who has been given hurdles one after other by LG instead of assisting . Ministers working should be given freedom to serve Public but they have been made to fight for their survival so today this is result. India elected govt at Delhi need to screw the officials for getting output instead sitting in office passing time . more

Mr. Gupta, it is the inefficient DJB and the ministers incharge who are at fault. Every week, we have leakages in the pipelines resulting in wastage and disruption of water supply. I stay in a so called upscale area and our MLA is a minister and had been incharge of DJB. The ministers hardly have time for public work. LG does not prevent them to work. more
