Yes, I do support Ms. Sikha Jain's comment that DRMs' should travel like ordinary passenger not as a Railway Officer to understand the trouble of common passengers and the amenities provided, is at all sufficient to the need of the hour.

In ancient days it was the custom of our noble Monarchies to visit their subjects in disguise so that they could understand the activities of their cabinets. But unfortunately, our Ministers and superior officers never follow those old style of ruling people because of insecurity. Because these officers do not believe their own officers and guards and they might have to face the sufferer directly. It is our misfortune of independent India. more
