yes judicial system is intensionally failed
most of advocates are using their profession to be master or planner of crime to executed only in exchange of money to be known as fees by giving safest way idea or techniques to criminal and last executors of crime are sometimes may be punished but the master or planner is free to do another crime to executed. In rural areas advocates are misguiding the illiterate people to file cases, in fact is not to be required due to simple or unreasonable incidents. in due course peoples are harassed and charged heavily turned to increase debts of people ruins families. Advocates are creates of huge black money which is not accounted in present laws and overlooked by courpted rugulators i.e IT Dept. etc. more

Dear Friends, Thanks for free and frank opinions expressed. The Million dollar question is how to avoid it, for that the basic question is whether the System Or the Procedure to adopt it is to be modified. To my opinion the Best of the law do exist in India and the Procedure of implementation is to be reviewed and revised. That is why it was advised in this discussion earlier that to observe the US Judiciary Systems wherein the Court matters are decided within couple of months - including matters like capital Punishments. The views expressed herein above by my beloved brothers and sisters are in nut shell expressed the same views irrespective of various incidents and examples narrated. more
