Yes some Dynamic HON'BLE Law MINISTER has to be born to set the system RIGHT. JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. Are we really delivering justice? Can't copy those counteries where justice is dispensed within time frame set in the Act? Who will this the P.M. OR DEFENCE /FINANCE/HOME MINISTER?????? more

It is a very complicated question, the answer is not simple since because our country population wise is almost equaling China and the crime rate is growing in geometric progression while the available machinery to tackle such a crime rate is not even increasing on arithmetic progression, there fore the result is delayed justice only. Over and above, the rule that "Let a hundred guilty be acquitted, but one innocent should not be convicted " is coming in the way of quick justice . The appeals up across the hierarchy of court structure, revisions, reviews will generally fall upon the time and delay will take place. but the delay in time will normally cause a dilution effect and ultimately falling upon the quality of judgement. The above mentioned is my observation on delayed justice. more

The enactment of Law is the Legislative work, wherein the People's representative express the views of the Society/Majority. Wheres the Judiciary observe the legality and procedural implementation in the four corners of the Constitution. In the present case if the Legislature i.e. the very representatives does not desire to legislate / enact the Law, Judiciary has already advised and can't do any further. It is the Society at large has to raise the voice to enact the legislature. more

Exactly Prime Issue pl. S.C. suggested/directed the Executive on Constitutional Articles for implementation & Amendment to laws in 3 continuous decades and still , there has been no recognition to this pitiable condition of Rule of the law ; as well as , the Law of the Rule . The governing Executive shall be such as equally justifies the Constitutional provisions for its Citizen despite the might of political democracy . This alone also tenders Presidents Rule or a Marshal Attempt/Law to lead the constitutional provisions reach its general public . None is thinking of the ALARMING Statistics of 2011 which second the S.C. DIRECTIONS DURING THE 3 DECADES , 1970s , 80s , and 90s . This is the adverse effect to the generations of Freedom Fighters WHO HAVE SACRIFICED THEIR LIVES , WEALTH AND HEALTH throughout 5 years from QUIT INDIA MOVEMENT of 1942 to till 1947 . Public awareness is the need of the hour to awoke . more
