Yes why not,Go to sub-register of your area, meet sub-Registar,ask him the documents required and the Stamp paper value, get ready all documents, visit on appointed day and time submit all the papers and get acknowledgement for submission after some days you will get your register documents by post. more

Actually we got all the authority up to the building license . but for past nominee no khata and any more . in this case shall we go forward to build up house , is there any problems will occur after this?. In this case one political member was involved to oppose us. more

Easier said than done. The Sub-registrar won't meet you. You meet some underling. He or she will guide you to go to the photocopy shop which is adjacent to the sub-registrar's office. He is the conduit through whom the people in that office collect their gratification. There you get stuck in the web of corruption. Registration of property documents requires besides the sale deed etc, probably a khata extract, a khata certificate, latest tax paid receipt, latest encumbrance certificate too. Besides, some forms prescribed under the Registration Rules have to be filed in and submitted. This is where the novice gets stuck as he cannot get that form. The website does not give accurate or upto date information. When you prepare the documents as per guidelines in the website, someone in the office will refuse to take it on the ground of some lacuna or the other. Besides the process of obtaining EC or khata certificates can itself be another torturous experience. This is how the web woven around us by law and bureaucrats tie us down. If the whole process is understood, then the members of circle may work towards avoiding corrupt practice at each stage. more

Hi sir actually I am getting this type problem . my site is registered for two members but it was sold to 4members one after one since from 1953. But for us the original owner only sold us just before few years . is there any problem for us to build house. Can u please give me some suggestions. more
