For excess weight reduction and tummy reduction , following life style and routinious functions as below, 1 If one is extra busy in jobs routine and not having much time then may go for as , after getting up in morning , one has to do exercises (after bathroom activities) and start the mild exercises in beginning but at least min of ten to twenty minutes . 2 take warm water with lemon juice then eat dry fruits within limit as almonds etc . 3 Have light break fast whether breads /else , must be low calorie/fats . 4 Lunch routine must be again as of low fats diet etc , here a recognised dietician suggestions need to be taken because we ofteny not aware of diet composition /so perfect food recipie with less efforts to prepare to be known . 5 As heart health is vital , one need to know the easy and readily available composition of foods from dietician , so heart disease not to over power , as I understand if our routine are well planned and conscious for rich diet affects then there is no doubt that we can maintain certain level of smartness/health to our body. 6 Going to bed in night in time and efforts and steps for sound sleep at least for four hours help to maintain the body ridim /lightness. 7 Dinner to be taken at least one to one and half hour preferred , at least light dinner in comparison to lunch , so a full body schedule with brain matched for sound health. 8. Lastly I would ask from experts for yoga exercises schedule , especially in busy life of people , going for early jobs .As how these people may get help from yoga instructor for reducing the tummy , as maintaining the yoga schedule on routine basis need time /regularly , so these kind of busy may be able to Spair time for tummy reduction exercises. more
