For me this is not new. Are you not aware of level of corruption in Noida authority. Have you forgot the case of Yadav Singh who raised himself from Junior Engineer to the level of Chief Enginner under both SP and BSP Govt and was not only chief engineer of two Noida/G Noida authorities. This is normal phenomena and cannot be curbed unless this state is governed by an honest Govt. more

It can't be happen without the involvement of district administration. Everybody involve in making money. where DM hesitates to take action against a bank officer, DIOS, BSA...etc. that's why corruption is every where. more

Very Correct. UP Govt appoints of only those persons who gives Lakhs of Rupees in Bribe and in advance. Qualification n Talent has nothing to do. The person who get appointment after giving Bribe statrs recovery immediately. All the Senior Officials know this Since Noida established, not a single employee has been caught for Corruption. If u want to visit CEO, ACEO or DCEO u have to go through channels of Bribe In DDA, MCD and other departments of Delhi, the Bribe rate is very Low than Noida more
