YOUR COMMENTS ON "DO WE HAVE TO BUY JUSTICE"

Dear Friends and Senior Members.
It is so motivating to get support from all of you for the past two days. I had actually given up and was nervous but have now started my actions towards getting justice the right way. Thanks to all my friends. My special thanks to Mr. Rakesh Kwatra and Mr. S N Gupta for your deep involvement in this matter. I would request you to kindly share your email ids on ark1912@gmail.com so that I can share all the documents with you.

I thank my friend Mr Derek also, the only person to object my post. We must have people to think the other way also. I is quite possible that I might have concocted a story as Mr. Derek says. I repeat this case in short for Mr. Derek. My brother was assaulted by a pointed hammer, the one used by the masons to break the wall plaster. It was fortunate that my brother is still alive. Police has the hammer on record, they have a clear video footage taken from their own camera located just above the site of incidence. They also have all the medical records from the hospital and also the blood soaked clothes. The accused have attempted to hit thrice which is clear intention to cause grave injury or even death.

The accused is on police records, he has a cannibalistic nature since he has cut the ears of a person with his teeth in an earlier incidence. The police knows all this.

Inspite of all this, today the accused is out roaming around happily as if he is the lord and the victim is still at home recovering from the injury.

Rest is for you to decide. more

It appears that the GOI is more concerned with its ongoing battle with the judiciary rather than ensuring speedy justice for the voting public. It is ironic that they got elected promising to root out corruption which can result only from a committed and ADEQUATE Judiciary. Otherwise justice delayed is justice denied and there is still no end in sight to the harassed public. L.Kalavathi Retd. Bank Official, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India 27/04/2018 more
In India justice is costly and time lagging. Now a days because of the digitalisation of court cases, it is improved little bit. Once a case is filed and numbered means, the next hearing date should also shown. The Courts are filled with cases filed by politicians. The importance given to those cases are not given to the ordinary citizen. A time limit case to be fixed at the same time judges strength also to be improved proportionately. Civil cases specially matters of rent control, eviction are going for years. Improvement is required. more
It is unfortunate that in India, justice is costly and time lagging. In every case the lawyers make it more complicated and they make a five year plan to get the money from clients on instalment basis. Our law and judiciary are, in fact , criminal friendly at the cost of aggrieved with so many strictures and impediments before the punishment is awarded. We are not sure whether justice would be done to the aggrieved. more
A pointed hammer can bring about instantaneous death, if not death then he would be in the ICU if the guy is really cannibalistic in nature how come you have not brought this to the Press or have you tried, it would be worth a try to put pictures all over FB of the victim and the grave danger he faced. Am being a bit cynical but justice is blind and has to be done to both ends. Even if you don't have pics a certificate from the doctor stating that he has miraculously survived would certainly help in convincing your facts! more
Also, do you mean that you are driven by the government to put your comments here Mr SK Virmani? more
I do not understand your point here, all facts are here and this is social media, it does not have to be on facebook or twitter to be deemed as social media, local circles is social media by itself, the fact that the case is here means it is widely spread against law enforcers too. more
Mr Derek, It is not possible for many of us to put the facts on social media or the media itself specially when the case is going on. Everyone does not dare to challenge the law enforcing agencies by use of redundant RTI or through any other method. Witnesses gets frightened, pretend as if they have not seen anything and this is the ground reality. The question by the author is well conceived and is based on the ground without even being answered. The least is commented upon for our so called media the better it is. The media is being driven by the Govt. at least from last four years. more
Mr ARK, it is not clear from your post whether the accused was arrested earlier and subsequently is out on bail or he has not yet been arrested by the police. If the accused has not yet been arrested, then you may approach the higher ups in the police like the DG, IG or DIG to expedite the legal provisions to arrest the accused. If the police is not inclined to take appropriate action, then you can move the court and seek direction from the court to the police. Simultaneously, approach the media and even social platforms to attract public/ authorities' attention towards police inaction. You may have to build continuous pressure initially, but with sustained efforts you are bound to get justice. more
