Your Inputs

Dear Friends,

Thank you for your inputs on the Priorities and the 4 detailed discussions. I have been personally forwarding the collective circle inputs to the PMO and the Ministries.

We have also noted inputs from some of you on how we can organize the circle more effectively. We are working with LocalCircles to implement some changes and new features.

Please understand that our interaction is similar to having 60,000 people in one room (even though virtual) with everyone wanting to contribute and give their best to the nation. It is bound to cause a little bit of chaos and that is probably why it has never been done anywhere in the world before.

We are learning as we progress and structuring things so most relevant discussions in the community for inputs are easy to find and comment upon. At the same time, we are devising a way so after the detailed discussion on key priorities, we take subjects from the member posts and open them up for discussion. For example: A discussion started by Ms. Shikha Jain on making Railways better is currently on.

Please do make it a point to contribute on the two open discussions as we would like to close them by End of Day today:

1) Price Rise/Inflation - Solutions
2) Jobs and Economic Growth - Challenges/Issues

Together we will make it better.

Thanks for your participation!

We are organizing a group of Safety Professionals from across the country under banner by forming State Chapters of American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) whereby we are taking inputs from US sources and increasing the competence of Indian Health Safety and Sustainability professionals. We are already going to have more than 40 members in Maharashtra and 60 people showed their interest in Gujarat. If there is anything we can do to support the Government as a group from industry, service and various subject expertise, we would like to do our best to help reduce incidents like the one in Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh (ONGC gas leakage), Rail safety, etc. more
Reduce the time for delivery of justice. Cut short the vacation of courts. Why do we need vacation when so many cases are pending in all levels of courts. Introduce a transparent system for appointing judges. Regular filling of vacancies. Limit the no. of appeals for civil and criminal cases. Root out corruption from Judiciary. Let there be an independent watch dog for judiciary. more
Legal Judiciary Improvements: Repeal old laws; frame new laws in simple, straight language more
Legal Judiciary Improvements :We do not have Courts of Justice, only Courts of Law.It is a misnomer to call presiding officers of Law Courts as Judges. They may be renamed more appropriately as Law Arbiters or Law Interpreters. What is there in a title? Self Misconception. Most Indian Judges suffer from misconception about themselves just because they are called Judges. more
