Your views on reliability of BSNL services in Faridabad
Dear Friends, I am seeking the views of the residents of Faridabad and nearby ares who are the subscribers of BSNL about their feedback and suggestions about reliability of BSNL services. I have two telephones one at res and the other at shop but both don`t work nicely if you are interested I can tell my nos and you can check the complaints record and the repair time where as I have three connections of Airtel these are rarely out of order and they are normally taking 4 or 5 hours to repair more

I stay in Faridabad 21C, I have been using BSNL for almost 6 years , I find it ok as there is no other option except Tikona with Tikona I had very bad experience and they refused to refund the security amount as well , there is no Airtel in our area . I am sure Airtel should be better than BSNL as far as speed is concerned. Otherwise generally speaking I did not have any problem with BSNL more

BSNL services are erratic at best. Our experience of getting an internet connection from them was very bad. It never worked and we kept complaining and they never fixed it. They kept the bill going and ultimately we had to pay them to settle the bill for internet that never worked and non existent service before we closed the connection. A very bad experience indeed. more
