ZOOM CARS

I have booked a zoom car services from 10-02-2019, 5:00 AM to 11-02-2019 5:00 PM, Hyundai creta with Booking ID: JPS6F59P4 and fully paid amount 3632.00 on 7-2-2019 for Tirupathi and hill station tour with my NRI friend and for this we have booked flight tickets and hotels with total amounting to 16000/- and wasted our precious time and money felt cheated by zoom cars as they lied to us and informed us only 30 mins prior to the car delivery time that the car supposed to be given to us met us with accident
I have made several calls to customer care from 10th morning to Tuesday night they said they will arrange a call in 15 mins which never came they are cheating customers by giving huge discounts and offers and taking customers for a ride without having proper vehicles taking more bookings and cancel them or force customer to small vehicle as per their availability
When we have paid full amount in advance in out of station for the services which was promised was not delivered by their negligence and careless nature
When we cancel booking less than 24 hrs Zoom cars refund only 50% of the booking amount, and No refund will be made if we modify or within 24 hrs of booking start or end and all one side policies
I have seen many complaints against Zoom car in social networking sites and YouTube request the consumer forum and the Government to take strict action and pay heavy penalty on these companies who cheat their customers and take them for granted more

Hire a lawyer and file a suit in consumer forum, else prepared to be cheated next time as well. more
Hyundai being a reputed company should keep their words in satisfying the customer. What is wrong ???? more
The car met withan accident and they do not have a spare car for the confirmed booking! It looks like that the car company wants to wantonly not to help the customer and has also made them to suffer because of their failure to honor the commitment. Sure there must be a case for consumer awareness and complaints. more
